Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, Ma

The location was comfy and unbeatable, to many events with easy access to shopping centers and fairgrounds. I checked out Symphony Hall, that was set relatively near the property.

The staff and the breakfast was great!

One of the reasons we booked here was to use the jacuzzi and pool. The pool was extremely cloudy and the jacuzzi had peeling paint and the paint chips were floating and it was also extremely dirty with globs of hair stuck in the skimmer area. Needless to say we didn's use either and were extremely disappointed. The pool and jacuzzi area needs some serious tlc!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms and hotel very clean. My daughter left a phone charger in the room and we checked out. Once we got home she remembered where it was. One phone call to the front desk not only confirmed the location of the charger but also the staff was going to mail it back to our home. I would not hesitate to make reservations at the Hilton garden again.

Breakfast area seating not very large and should have a separate area rather being in the lobby.

The room was adequate, but some other hotels may have offer greater style and comfort at the same price.

They were doing repairs on the lobby in the morning. A bit disruptive.

Queen size beds ( much better than full size)

Waitress is very helpful and keen while breakfast time. It was a very nice experience having breakfast there before starting work.

Stuff at reception during check in always be very not helpful and less professional. I stay in Hilton Garden Inn every time while having business travel, but the reception in Soringfield is the unpleasant experience while check in. To my knowledge , book from Internet always get a very quick check in as payment has done already at the moment of reservation, however what I had received was a long time waiting and ask me once again my first name, last name after providing my id. That is very unpleasant experience, and I was hoping to receive a professional trained receptionist to have the check in done.

Hot tub was broken. Had to pay for breakfast. No visible signs. Realized it only after we sat down with food.

A few things you should know

The accommodating staff was nice, even if the pool seemed appealing but unused.

Unfortunately, our request for adjacent rooms wasn't met, and the prices for water felt excessive.

Easy access to downtown Springfield and highways. Also good selection of restaraunts closeby.

Breakfast was free, greatly enjoyed the location.

That was nicely appointed and extremely convenient hotel set in very convenient area, just off many attractions, Basketball Hall of Fame and the river. Got the same queen room booked online with a couch and coffee, for instance.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

I loved the clean Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The indoor pool was a splash, and the kids had a blast! Plus, the heated outdoor hot tub was a relaxing bonus!

The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was helpful and friendly.

There was no restaurant within the hotel,though there's a Pizzeria Uno that provides room service.
